Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions
We want you to feel confident when booking with us. This policy sets out your rights and our responsibilities under Scots law. By confirming a booking (by email, verbally, or in writing), you agree to the following:
1. Changing or Cancelling Your Booking
- You may cancel within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation email, in writing, with no charge.
- If you cancel after 48 hours, the full cost of your table, ticket, or advertising will remain payable.
2. Payment
- Payment must be made in line with the invoice provided, and cleared within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bookings are only secured once full payment has been received.
3. If We Cancel or Postpone
- If the event is cancelled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund of your booking fee, or you may offered alternative seats or a local marketing campaign for your business
- If the event is postponed, your booking will be transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund, which will be processed within 12 weeks after 90 days of the new event date. This is because your bank can also offer a chargeback service which has to be claimed within 90 days. We do not have access to this information within this time period.
- Please note: we cannot cover costs incurred for travel, accommodation, or other arrangements.
4. Complimentary Tickets
- Complimentary tickets are limited and hold value. If you cancel less than 7 working days before the event, or fail to attend, your card will be charged the cost of one standard ticket.
5. Substitutions
- If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a representative in your place. Please notify us in advance so we can update our records.
6. Agreement
By confirming your booking and/or providing card details or written confirmation of invoice, you accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
This policy operates under Scots law and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
